Brown Rice and Over Easy Eggs

Brown Rice
Ingredients
2 cups Brown Rice
4 cups cold water
½ tsp sea salt (or more if desired)
1 Tbs olive oil
Directions
1- Rinse rice in cold water in a strainer
2- Place rice in a pot
3- Add 4 cups of cold water, sea salt and olive oil to rice
4- Cook on medium heat covered until it starts to boil (about 7 min) stir and cover
5- Let boil for 10 minutes covered on medium heat
6- After 10 minutes, simmer for 20 minutes more
7- Shut off heat, fluff rice, wait for 5 minutes and serve

Over Easy Eggs
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 Tbs olive oil
Pinch of salt

Directions

1- Heat frying pan on medium
2- Immediately add olive oil followed by eggs
3- Wait about 2 minute for the egg whites to turn from clear to white
4- When eggs start crackling turn heat to low then flip eggs
5- Cook for 1 more minute
6- Enjoy!

For a delicious meal of a champion, we recommend placing the eggs on brown rice.
