Easy to Make Healthy Greek Salad

Greek Salad from Crete Ingredients

Block of Feta cheese (approx.. 12oz)

1 yellow sweet onion

8 vine tomatoes

3 cucumbers (medium or 2 Greek Salad from Crete)

Ingredients

Block of Feta cheese (approx.. 12oz)

8 vine tomatoes

3 cucumbers (medium or 2 large)

½ cup white vinegar

Water approx. 5 cups

1/3 cup olive oil

1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp sea salt

Quarter the onion then slice. Place onion in a large bowl and pour vinegar over the onion and fill bowl ¾’s up with cold water. Wash tomatoes with cold water and add the whole tomatoes in with onions.

Peel cucumber slice in half length wise then cut into ¼” in slices.

Drain water and vinegar from onion and tomatoes.

Cut tomatoes into 8th’s, add tomatoes and cucumbers with onions.

Dice feta cheese into bite size pieces and add to vegetables

Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt to vegetables and toss together.

Enjoy!
