Spaghetti Squash The Low Carb Pasta Recipe

Spaghetti Squash
Ingredients
2 Spaghetti Squash
Olive Oil
Salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wash Squash with cold water
Cut lengthwise in half
Remove seeds & pulp
Brush cut side with olive oil
Sprinkle cut side with salt
Place in cookie sheet, cut side down
Cook for 40, after 40 minutes remove from oven, flip over and scrape out with a fork

Pesto Instructions
Ingredients

5 large cloves garlic (chopped coarsely)
6 cups basil (washed in cold water, stems removed)
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp salt
1 cup parmesan cheese
½ cup pine nuts

Directions
In a pan over medium heat and 1tsp olive oil, toast the pine nuts for 3-5 minutes to elevate flavor In a food processor
Add basil, toasted pine nuts and garlic, roughly blend
Add parmesan cheese, salt then olive oil, blend to desired consistency.
