Turkey Vegetables Bolognese with Gluten free pasta

Ingredients
12 oz. Gluten free bowtie pasta
1 lb. Ground Turkey
1 Tbsp Organic Avocado Oil
1 large white onion
3 cloves garlic
½ large zucchini
6 crimini mushrooms
2 cups (1/2 jar) “Michael’s” brand Bolognese tomato sauce

Boil water in a pot for pasta (no oil or salt needed)
Pre chop Onion and garlic
Pre chop zucchini and mushrooms
In a frying pan, add 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil and turn heat to med
Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes
Add turkey to onions, stir and cover. Cook for approx. 5-8 minutes over med heat
Add Mushrooms, zucchini and garlic to turkey, stir and cover. Cook for approx. 5-8 minutes over
low- med heat
Add pasta to boiling water and cook for 9-12 minutes
Add tomato sauce to turkey and vegetables stir, cover and cook for an add’l 5-8 minutes
Drain water from pasta. Place the pasta on a plate and turkey, vegetables and sauce over pasta
